The Second Cultural Workshop in Delhi -:

on 31st August 2008, Myor Uttarakhand organized its second cultural workshop in Delhi’s Dayalpur, Karawal Nagar. Shri Mohan Singh Bisht (MLA, Karawal Nagar) was invited as a chief guest in this function. During the function, the Uttarakhandi culture, music, Jhode, Chanchari, Chhabeli, Chaufala, Plays and a lot was performed in front of audience. It was a great honor to Myor Uttarakhand as all the perfomed performances were done by MU team only. The crowd really enriched with a great entertaining evening while being there. Shri Shiv Dutt Pant discussed about Uttarakhand’s culture where it was a knowledge bringing footmark. Shri Arun Bhandari & Shri Ashish Negi supported a lot to make this event successful.

Culture Workshop
Second Annual function of Myor Uttarakhand -:

Myor Uttarakhand decided to celebrate its second birthday while organizing a colorful evening with great cultural events. On 4th January 2009, a cultural evening was organized in Delhi’s V K Dutt colony. The event was dedicated to the famous Uttarakhandi Swar Samrat, Late Shri Gopal Babu Goswami Ji. Shri P C Nailwal (Minister Uttarakhand Govt.) was the chief guest in this event. Shri Ramesh Babu Goswami (Son of Shri Gopal Babu Goswami) was a special guest in this occasion. Shri Ramesh Babu Goswami sangs few awesome songs in the memory of his father. It was a great moments to the audience while hearing the songs. Myor Uttarakhand honored to Shri Ramesh Babu Goswami and present a momentum. In this cultural show, the famous Uttarakhandi music, dance, jhode, comedy, plays etc were performed by Myor Uttarakhand’s members. We got a great response from public for the “RAMI BAURANI” a truth based play. Shri Charu Tiwari ( Senior Journalist ) had a great vision about Shri Gopal Babu Goswami and given great words to available audience.

Welcome of Newly Selected MP’s -:

By the leading of Press Club of India, Myor Uttarakhand community decided to welcomes all 5 newly selected MP’s from Uttarakhand on 5th June 2009. Though it was a welcomed ceremony still it was a good mean to discussed towards various development schemes and all to the member of Parliaments. Out of five MP’s, only three were presents in this ceremony. Shri Harish Singh Rawat ( Kendriya Shram Ewam Rozgar Rajya Mantri) from Haridwar seat, Shri Pradeep Tamta from Almora- Pithoragarh seat & Shri Satpal Ji Mahraaj from Garhwal seat were available. During this Myor Uttrakhand team was available along with its associated institution Creative Uttarakhand. During this welcome ceremony a great discussion was held about different different points which are related to Uttarakhand’s developments. The centre government approved crores of rupees to the economic developments for uttarakhand, the Rajdhani issue, 228 Nirmanadheen Bandh, Pahad ki shaikshik vyawastha, pahadon ka khan an & swasthya sambandhi discussion were main.

Pahaad Basao, Pahaad Bachao Parikalpana -:

A program/discussion forum was conducted in the 34th death anniversary of Shri Rishiballabh Sundariyal. It was a joint event with Creative Uttarakhand. It was conception about to save the hills. During this a lot of great peoples from different different fields were available in this discussion and had a great discussion also. This event was organized in Garhwal Bhawan at New Delhi.

Delhi to Gairsain Yatra -:

Myor Uttarakhand did Gairsain Yatra with its co-community Creative Uttarakhand. In the lead of Shri Charu Tiwari (Senior Journalist) MU decided to join this yatra and it was started on 28th August 2009 from Delhi. The main aim of this yatra was to finalize the proposed capital of Uttarakhand to Gairsain as a permanent capital of the state. In the present time Dehradun is the capital of Uttarakhand which is based on a non permanent basis. During this yatra, two career guidelines camps were organized in Uttarakhand also. The first career guideline camp was organized in Kumaun situated “ Chaukhutia” at “ Disha Shikshan Sansthan”. More than 70 students took a privilege advantages of this camp at there. The second camp was organized in Kumaun situated “ Dwarahat” at “G.I.C Dwarahat” where about more than 160 students and teachers were available in this camp. Shri Dinesh Gaira, leaded both the camps at there. After that a crowd of more than 70 peoples marched towards Gairsain in the conception of permanent capital of Uttarakhand. The yatra was ended at Dwarahat, in the death anniversary of Late Shri Vipin Tripathi Ji.
